After being welcomed by the management and the person responsible for training, the "newcomers" were first familiarized with the company's processes and organization. Employees of the temperature control system manufacturer then took the newcomers on a tour of the company and introduced them to the various departments and, of course, their future workplace. This tour quickly revealed the exciting and creative tasks that await the trainees.
To get to know each other for the first time, kelviplast-itech invited the trainees from all training years to a lunch together in a relaxed atmosphere.
